Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all applications and software products published by M&P&B DIGITAL LTD, including but not limited to Moment Timer, Quote of the Day · Book Daily, NotesLinker, and other applications developed and maintained by us (collectively, the “Apps”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps.
2. Use of the Apps
You may use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- misuse the Apps or attempt to interfere with their operation;
- reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Apps except as permitted by law;
- use the Apps in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- use the Apps to create, store, submit, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
3. System Permissions and Device Access
Some Apps may request access to system features such as files, folders, Apple Notes, Finder, automation permissions, notifications, camera, photos, or other device functionality.
These permissions are requested only to provide the features you choose to use. You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in your device or system settings.
If required permissions are denied, some features may not function correctly.
4. User Content
Some Apps may allow you to create, enter, store, submit, or process content, including text, notes, images, feedback, files, links, or other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, submit, or process through the Apps and for ensuring that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
By using features that process User Content, you grant M&P&B DIGITAL LTD a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the functionality requested by you.
5. AI-Generated and External Content
Some Apps may use artificial intelligence services, external APIs, or third-party content providers to generate responses, summaries, recommendations, search results, or related content.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated or third-party content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
- generated content is provided for informational purposes only;
- generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice;
- M&P&B DIGITAL LTD does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of AI-generated or third-party content.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some Apps may offer paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or other official platform payment systems, where applicable.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or through the relevant platform account settings.
Prices, subscription periods, trial terms, and included features are displayed within the App or on the relevant platform at the time of purchase.
M&P&B DIGITAL LTD does not control Apple’s billing systems and does not store your payment card information.
7. Free Trials
Some Apps or subscriptions may offer a free trial.
If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase and may be determined by Apple or the relevant platform.
8. Availability and Changes
M&P&B DIGITAL LTD reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time.
We may also update these Terms when necessary. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above.
We are not liable if any App, feature, external service, system integration, or third-party integration becomes unavailable, limited, interrupted, or discontinued.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Apps, including design, code, branding, graphics, text, features, and content created by M&P&B DIGITAL LTD, belong to M&P&B DIGITAL LTD or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Apps without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
User Content remains owned by the user who created or provided it.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
M&P&B DIGITAL LTD does not warrant that:
- the Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- all features will always remain available;
- generated, external, or third-party content will be accurate, complete, or reliable;
- integrations with system apps, external services, or third-party platforms will always function without interruption;
- the Apps will meet all of your expectations or requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&P&B DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of content, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of use.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the relevant App during the preceding 12 months.
12. Termination
M&P&B DIGITAL LTD may suspend or terminate access to any App or feature if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the Apps at any time by deleting them from your device.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and contact information will continue to apply after termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
